The parts processed by this process have high precision, good luminosity, uniform wall thickness and small rebound. The diameter and wall thickness tolerance of small and medium parts can be controlled within the range of 0.03~0.05mm, and the surface roughness Ra It can be less than 0.8μm, and because the first spinning is chip-free processing, it can improve the utilization rate of materials and reduce the cost. In addition, spinning technology is also increasingly common in the fields of, ships, atomic energy, etc., including shells, periscope covers, drug-shaped covers, tail pipes, shells, gun barrels and reactor parts.

In this case, the solenoid valve may be damaged, which can be determined by manual operation. The specific method is: press and hold the clamping and advance and retreat solenoid valves at the same time, and the tail shaft should advance; then release the advance and retreat solenoid valve, only press the clamping solenoid valve, and the tail shaft should retreat at this time. This method can be used to determine whether the solenoid valve has failed, and it can also be judged by referring to the status of the indicator lights of other solenoid valves.

This kind of failure is more likely to occur after the sensor is reinstalled or replaced, because the sensor shaft position after the reinstallation or replacement is different from the original and needs to be recalibrated. The specific correction method is: adjust the position of the spindle orientation by setting data, and adjust the tolerance value of the spindle of the CNC spinning machine to correct the stop position of the spindle. When adjusting, note that the input data is related to the direction to be corrected. When correcting the offset angle, the angle value after the tolerance of the spindle cannot be a negative value. Moreover, the adjustment process is often repeated many times until the tolerance of the spindle is adjusted to within the range of 10-11 degrees before the mold can be replaced.

What is spinning casting?

The general OE rim, the Quzhou gas cylinder closing machine, is cast as a whole. The casting mold is the shape of the rim. The spokes and the rim are formed during the casting process. Once the casting is done, the shape of the rim comes out.

Spinning casting means “semi-casting and semi-forging”. The casting process produces the spokes, and then the ring body (if the rim is regarded as a “bucket”, that is, the barrel wall) is on the casting embryo, using a rolling The machine is “squeezed” out like playing pottery, and the gas bottle closing machine is like grinding a small piece of dough into dumpling skins. This process is called “spinning”, and the “barrel” of the forged rim is extended in this way, which is translated into spinning in Chinese. Such rims use less material to achieve good strength in the part of the rim body, so the whole is lighter, and can achieve a better rigidity-to-weight ratio than general low-pressure casting rims, and the price is not expensive.

The method of identifying “spinning” is also very simple. If you see a circle of grooves on the “barrel” of a forged rim, this is the trace of spinning.
