This device is suitable for all kinds of high-pressure gas cylinders to do external water pressure test, and the whole set of operation tests such as empty bottle weighing, water filling, exhausting, full bottle weighing, and hydraulic test are performed on the gas cylinder with an industrial computer. Through the test, the residual volumetric deformation rate of the gas cylinder can be measured for safe use of the gas cylinder. It is suitable for designing and manufacturing with a nominal working pressure of 16-25M Pa and a nominal volume of 30-200L, which meets the regular inspection of compressed natural gas cylinders and steel-lined circumferential wound gas cylinders of different types and specifications.
The cylinder external test method hydraulic tester is mainly used to carry out the pressure test of the tested gas cylinder and obtain the residual volume deformation rate of the tested cylinder at the same time, which is controlled by a computer. Its working principle is: put the test bottle in a special water jacket, use a high-pressure pump to pressurize the test bottle, and automatically enter the pressure holding state after reaching the set pressure, and perform a pressure test on the test bottle, and At the same time, the volume of the gas cylinder expands under the test pressure, squeezing a part of the water in the water jacket into the measuring cup. This part of the water is the volume deformation of the test bottle, which is transmitted to the industrial computer through the water volume collection system, and the gas cylinder is unloaded. After pressing, the elastic deformation disappears, so the water in the measuring cup returns to the water jacket. The amount of water that is not returned is the residual volumetric deformation of the tested bottle, which is transmitted to the industrial computer through the water volume collection system, and the volumetric residual deformation and total deformation The percentage is the residual deformation rate of the cylinder volume.
The whole equipment consists of four parts: hoisting equipment, weighing equipment, cylinder water pressure test bench and test water jacket part. The gas cylinder is sent to the weighing area, the empty bottle is weighed by hanging, and the data is transmitted to the computer. The test parameters are set by the industrial computer, the sensor detects the system pressure and the weight of the gas cylinder, and enters the industrial computer through the data acquisition card. Operating the industrial computer can control the entire test process, water jacket replenishment-exhaust-measuring cup pipeline replenishment and exhaust-pressure-pressure maintenance-leak test-pressure-pressure maintenance-pressure relief-data storage.
